Audio Log: ESWAT: City under Siege

Released for the Sega Genesis in 1990, ESWAT-City Under Siege was a fun, albeit standard, sidescrolling shooter. Not all of the music in ESWAT was that revolutionary either, but the most ear-catching tune in the game was the fantastic boss music at the end of each level. Rather than make the player feel outmatched when a boss fight came around, ESWAT's music had an upbeat sound to it, and is one of the most fun tracks in the game.

Composers: Takayuki Nakamura, Y. "Dolphin" Takada

Audio Log is a weekly feature where I’ll be spreading my love of game music to anyone who’d like to hear the bleep bloops of the 80s and 90s or the sweeping orchestras of the modern generation.
